By all indications, the global economy is on the upswing, and key industries such as financial services, health care, and manufacturing are leading the recovery charge.  But "recovery" doesn't mean how these industries buy technology will be returning to the pre-crisis days.  Industry buyers are now focusing on a new and very different set of business outcomes, such as growing customer wallet share, differentiating based on customer experience, and capturing emerging customer segments, such as Gen Y's, -- all while remaining focused on that perennial business outcome, saving money.
