Alumni, Family and Friends
Event details: Saturday, April 5, 2025 | 1-3 pm | Crisis Assistance Ministry (500-A Spratt St., Charlotte, NC 28206)
What went down: Crisis Assistance Ministry assists and advocates for people in financial crisis, helping them move toward self-sufficiency. The Crisis Assistance Ministry operates a Free Store, which offers clothing, shoes, and household items free-of-charge to people in Mecklenburg County. By offering these necessary items for free, shoppers can redirect their limited resources toward maintaining housing, utilities, and other basic needs. Volunteers helped sort and inspect donated items, size and hang clothing, and stock goods.
