The passion that the school has for wanting to see students succeed.
It is everything for me, as I do not have a co-sign available and pay for school all on my own.
You make dreams possible for the people who want to work hard, but are not given the financial support to do so.
It felt like home.
My hope was to be able to work hard on myself, so one day I could work hard to help others. The experience was different in the sense that I always imagined college as a strict and formal type of study, where is actually the opposite for the most part.
My area of study is what I believe is going to help me understand others better. My dream job would be to own my own business/law firm that helps people who may not receive equal opportunities in life. I want to help people who are trying to build themselves up from tough times for them and their families.
My Resident Director (RD) Athena had a great influence on me. She demands the best of her staff, but even more, she is there for her staff as a supporting figure whenever it is needed. She took me on as staff with just an interview and two hours of training, because she saw something in me, which means more than I can honestly ever describe.
I'm a Resident Assistant (RA) and I hope to be a part of more clubs on campus when returning.
Developing new friendships can be tough, as it is hard for me to take the leap in asking to do stuff with new people sometimes.
Committing to going to SNHU after my biggest tragedy in life and then making the President's List that same semester.
I hope that I can be an SNHU scholarship donor one day and hopefully hire Penmen in the future.
