What Went Down: Cycle the Seacoast is supported by more than 200 volunteers both at the start/finish line at Redhook Brewery and along the route at rest stops and intersections. On May 7, 2017, our volunteers helped out with a variety of responsibilities from passing out snacks and beverages, to directing cyclist traffic along the route, to cheering on each participant as they finished their ride! All volunteers enjoyed lunch at the finish line thanks to local food vendors.
Cycle the Seacoast is a one-day fundraising ride for the American Lung Association. Every dollar raised benefits lung disease research, advocacy and programs right here in NH. Cycle the Seacoast is hosted by Redhook Brewery in Portsmouth where the start & finish line is located. Cycle the Seacoast is a one-day, multi-route cycling event that is both challenging and fun for serious athletes to weekend warriors with kids in tow. With 25, 50, or 100 mile options, participants can enjoy the ocean views along the historic Seacoast in New Hampshire. Cyclists raise funds to benefit the American Lung Association.
