SNHU Homecoming Virtual 5K

Participate in everyone's favorite Homecoming race from anywhere, anytime.

What is a virtual race?
A virtual race is a race that can be ran at any location. You can walk, use the treadmill, run outside or any other option to complete the 5K distance.

How do I participate?
Joining in on the fun is easy:

Step 1: Register for the Virtual 5K. 

Step 2: Choose your route - You may already have a favorite place to walk or run, but here are a few options just in case:

• Look for an established route - Public parks or bike paths often have routes with pre-marked distance.
• Run around an athletic track - 12.5 laps on a 400m track are the equivalent of a 5K.
• Use a route mapping website - A few options are Map My Run, USATF, or WalkJogRun.

Step 3: Print your SNHU Homecoming 5K race bib and wear it with (Penmen) pride!

Step 4: Complete your 5K anytime, through Oct. 20, 2024!

Step 5: Upload pictures to our Virtual 5K photo gallery through Oct. 20, 2024. Gallery viewable through Dec. 31, 2024.
