The world's most influential leaders know that REAL influence starts with YOU. It is all about making you an influential person, not just a person who influences. The capacity to be influential exists in every person.

Ted Gorski '92MBA is an international coach, speaker, and founder of Get Your Edge, a 16-year old leadership development organization based in Bedford, NH. Ted coaches new leaders on dramatically enhancing their leadership skills. The company’s tagline is “Unlocking the Leader in You.”
His clients include Fortune 250, Dow 100, and many New England companies. Ted is the host of “The Leadership Edge” TV show, which airs on Bedford Community TV and on his YouTube Channel. He is author of the book Trailblazing Leadership, which details how a new leader can “stand out from the crowd.”
Ted is certified in conducting DISC, Emotional Intelligence, KII Influence Indicator, Conflict Dynamics, and Leadership Agility assessments. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation.
He lives in Bedford, NH with his wife Jeanie and their newly rescued German shepherd/husky mix named Stormie.
