From Bedside to the Boardroom

Leaders in Healthcare

May 6, 2019 | Alumni Hall, Gustafson Center, SNHU

We kicked off Nurses' Week at SNHU with an interactive panel of distinguished SNHU alumnae who shared insights from their incredible careers in the healthcare industry that span administrative, practitioner, and executive roles. This program was moderated by Peggy Moriarty-Litz, Chief Nursing Administrator and Executive Director of Nursing Programs at SNHU.

Not only did we discuss current and future needs for leaders in the healthcare industry, our panelists shared what their SNHU education has provided them:

"SNHU gave me the absolute foundation to my career. I came here as an undergrad but was also working full time. I was able to directly apply the lessons I learned in class to my career."
- Beth Roberts '90

"I don't think I could have advanced to a CEO or be a valued contributor to the boards I am on, had I not received my MBA from SNHU." - Maureen Banks '93MBA

As always, we encourage you to make sure your alumni profile is up-to-date - including your volunteer interests - so you receive invites and information that is meaningful to your SNHU experience.
