When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is charged immediately upon finalizing your gift on the site.

Will I receive a receipt for my donation?
Yes, SNHU will send you a receipt for your donation shortly after you make your gift.

Is my donation tax deductible?
Southern New Hampshire University is registered with the IRS as a501(c)3 organization and has tax-exempt status and can accept contributions.

Is my online payment secure?
Absolutely. Our website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you input to securely process payments. We utlize the payment processor IATS which is PCI Level 1-compliant. 

Can I send a gift by mail or phone?
