What Went Down: On April 8, 2017, a group of SNHU community members met at Mad Housers to help the homeless in Atlanta. Mad Housers was extremely thankful to have the 9 individuals helping to give the warehouse some much needed love and built two door frames. Site leader Kortney said "I will never, ever take for granted construction laborers againt. It was backbreaking work."
Mad Housers is a grass-roots non-profit which seeks to house the homeless in Atlanta, one person at a time by constructing simple permanent shelters to alleviate a person's exposure to the elements.
