What Went Down: SNHU volunteers met on April 4, 2017 to spend two hours assembling care packages in support of Operation Gratitude. Operation Gratitude annually sends 200,000+ care packages filled with food, entertainment, hygiene and handmade items, plus personal letters of appreciation to Veterans, First Responders, New Recruits, Wounded Heroes, their care givers, and to individually named U.S. service members, deployed overseas and their families waiting at home.
Operation Gratitude's mission is to lift the spirits and meet the evolving needs of the military and first responders communities and provide volunteer opportunities for civilians anywhere in America to express their appreciation to all who serve the nation.
Share Your Story: Remember to use #ServeWithSNHU to join the movement and share your experience on social media throughout the event, and you can always give us more details on the Share My Story page.
