What Went Down: On April 29, 2017 Greater Boston SNHU community members joined efforts to maintain and preserve Spy Pond Park, a unique spot for many families and visitors. SNHU alumni, students, and staff helped by pulling weeds and invasive plants, removing fallen branches, clearing the beaches and playground, and picking up trash. This was an opportunity to meet and work alongside other SNHU community members who love the park and enjoy helping to keep it looking beautiful, while also learning about native and invasive plants.
Members of the Spy Pond Park Beautification Committee were available to work with volunteers, answer questions, and discuss other ways to give back or stay involved with Friends of Spy Pond Park all year long.
