Presented by the Continuing Education for Health Professionals team, this free webinar explores food insecurity in the U.S. and is intended for nursing and healthcare professionals, faculty, and students. Attendees will learn about the scope and severity of this issue, risk factors and health disparities, impacts on communities, and strategies for addressing this nationwide challenge. The fall Commencement ceremonies will take place on Saturday, Nov. 18, and the virtual ceremony will take place on Saturday, Dec. 9. Stay tuned for updates on the Commencement website.
Audition to Sing the National Anthem at Commencement
Auditions are now open for alumni interested in singing the U.S. National Anthem during the 2023 fall Commencement ceremonies on Saturday, Nov. 18. To be considered, please email a video of yourself singing the National Anthem to commencement@snhu.edu.

Shawn Allen '22, of Morristown, New Jersey, was accepted to the Master of Information program at Rutgers University starting Fall 2023.
Emily Artman '15 of Catawissa, Pennsylvania, published her memoir 'Live Your Storm' in August 2022. She also graduated from Leadership Susquehanna Valley in June 2023 and will serve as class ambassador for her leadership class.
Joe Dumais '19, of Concord, New Hampshire, graduated summa cum laude from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law in May with a 4.0 GPA. He was also sworn in as a New Hampshire attorney through the Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program and will begin his legal career as an associate attorney at Wadleigh, Starr & Peters, P.L.L.C. in Manchester, New Hampshire.
Nicole Murphy '23, of Shinglehouse, Pennsylvania, proudly accepted a new job to work with adolescents who struggle with their behavior. She hopes to make a positive impact on their lives.
Alyssa Ng ’20, of Derry, New Hampshire, was promoted to programs director of Hillsborough County Department of Corrections.
