Event details: Monday, April 8, 2024 | 1-5:30 pm | Arms Park (10 Arms Street, Manchester, NH)
Learn more: The SEE Science Center hosted a free eclipse viewing event providing safe viewing options of the partial eclipse that was viewable from Manchester.
Site leader Andrea said, "it was a beautiful day to be outside volunteering! We partnered up and helped run activity tables for people who were attending the event. We were able to teach people about shadows, how the eclipse works, and created take away crafts of the sun and the moon. We also helped clean up the park upon arrival, and helped break down the event at the end. Overall, the turn out at the event was great and SEE Science Center was thankful to have the SNHU volunteers there to help make the event successful!"
