Event details: Wednesday, April 17, 2024 | 9 am-1 pm | Piscataquog River Park (Meeting at the baseball field: 300 Precourt Street, Manchester, NH 03102)
Learn more: Join the SNHU Office of Sustainability for a spring cleanup of Piscataquog River Park. Volunteers are needed to remove overgrown vegetation and paint the pedestrian bridge. Tools and paint will be provided; bring your own work gloves if preferred. Please bring a reusable water bottle and wear comfortable, weather-appropriate painting clothes and closed-toe shoes. Pizza, drinks, and light snacks will be provided.
Open to volunteers aged 18 or older. There is parking on site for up to 8 cars, the rest can park across the street at the George W. Smith Complex and walk over. Rain date of April 24; your project leader will let you know in advance if the weather is looking questionable.
