Event Details: Saturday, Apr. 4, 2020 | 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. | SNHU Arboretum (2500 N. River Road, Manchester, NH 03106)
Learn More: As a living classroom on the SNHU Manchester campus, the Arboretum aims to inspire and develop citizens and leaders dedicated to understanding, appreciating, and sustaining our environment. Showcasing native New Hampshire ecology, the Arboretum facilitates education and environmental awareness for the community as a whole.
Anyone interested in environmental sustainability should participate in this project. Volunteers will help with trail maintenance, bridge construction, and more. No prior experience necessary!
Please wear closed-toe shoes and clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. Bring a water bottle and your own work gloves if you have them; there will be a limited supply of gloves available. Volunteers should park in Lot 2 by the Gustafson Center and can access campus bathroom facilities if needed.
Project is weather permitting; if we're faced with heavy rain, volunteers will be notified of cancellation via email.
Children of all ages are welcome; anyone under the age of 18 should be accompanied by an adult.
