Alumni, Family and Friends
COVID-19 Update: We are closely monitoring developments regarding the coronavirus. The health, safety, and wellbeing of the SNHU community is of the utmost importance to us. Therefore, we have made the difficult decision to cancel this event. We hope to reschedule at some point in the future. In the meantime, if you have any questions or need additional assistance, please reach out to your GDS Liaison for assistance, or email alumni@snhu.edu.
Many employers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) fields struggle to retain workforce diversity and representation. We believe that colleges and universities must play a significant role in building a culture of inclusion and belonging in STEM disciplines. In this interactive discussion exploring issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion in STEM at SNHU and beyond, you'll hear from a panel of students, alumni, faculty, and employers as they discuss ways in which academic departments can help empower under-represented students to shape their success in STEM fields, and how area businesses are stepping up to build inclusive work cultures.
This event is brought to you by the Office of Alumni Engagement, in partnership with the Deborah L. Coffin Women's Center, the Office of Diversity Programs, the Office of the President and the Office of Diversity and Inclusion, and SNHU STEM programs.
