As the job market is of great concern to all of us, now more than in recent history, leadership will have a significant impact on the success of coming out of this current chaos the world is experiencing.
There are many practices in leader-making, but for this session we will dialog about two key practices that everyone can apply to leadership. Leaders are the organizational stewards who possess characteristics that are inspiring and who are on a quest with groundbreaking abilities. Thus, the goal of this hour, is to share with you two proven leadership practices and to do so with clarity, passion and hopefully inspiring everyone to take up the challenge and awesome opportunity of leading.

Dr. Linda Ellington conducted her doctoral research at the University of Oxford and the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom. Her textbook, The Strategic Leader: Bringing the habits to life, written with co-author Dr. John Pisapia has been adopted as a business textbook for major universities in the United States. In addition, numerous universities worldwide, including Harvard, have cataloged her chapters within textbooks.
Her teaching has reached many states in the U.S. and South Africa. She sits on several doctoral dissertation committees, including the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. Dr. Ellington is a member of the Editorial Board for major international textbooks as well as an Associate Editor for the International Journal of Adult Vocational Educational and Technology.
In her spare time, she has published eight children’s books.
