Do you wonder if your motivations and talents are best aligned with your work? In this session, you'll learn how you can apply psychometrics - the science of behavior analysis - to everyday life. This session was led by Jim Naro '85MBA: Sales Leadership Consultant, Talent Optimization Consultant, and Adjunct Instructor in the SNHU School of Business.
Prior to the session, registrants had the opportunity to take a 5-minute survey on human motivation. The results were used during the session to help attendees quickly identify opportunities for growth, as well as to align talent and business strategy, both at the personal and corporate level. Interested in learning more? Watch the recording below and check out the article on Psychometrics in the SNHU Newsroom.
