Get your imagination flowing! Vision boards are powerful tools for visualizing and manifesting goals. You'll have the choice of creating either a physical or digital vision board focused on personal and/or professional goals. If you would like to create a physical board, feel free to use paper, pens, markers, magazines, personal photographs, and anything else that inspires your creativity. If a digital board is more your speed, your host will walk you through what platforms to use, like Canva! Make sure to dress comfortably and come with an open mind.
What to expect: Our live host will guide participants through a meditation, followed by time for reflection and journaling to help open up your mind. The second half of the session is dedicated to creating your vision board, transferring your goals into a graphic representation. If time allows, interested participants are welcome to share their vision board or insights gleaned from the experience.
