What Went Down: On April 22, 2017, a group of 13 SNHU walkers met in beautiful Central Park for a gentle 1.4 mile walk and raised $1,021 for Parkinson's research. In addition to raising awareness and funds for research, the walk is also a day of community and education with informational booths including Ask the Healthcare Experts and representatives from sponsors and foundations sharing information and resources with members of the Parkinson’s community. The group even fit in some fun stretching exercises before hitting the course.
