Event details: Saturday, April 6, 2024 | 9 am-12 pm | Target Field Station - Blue and Green Stop (1 Twins Way, Minneapolis, MN 55403)
Learn more: Volunteers will gather to clean the Metro Train Stop and surrounding area stops as part of the Adopt-A-Stop program. When a group adopts a stop, they help keep area bus stops, shelters, and stations safe and clean. Be seen as a "good neighbor" and help to improve the Transit system.
Information will be shared day of regarding hazardous materials and what to avoid picking up. Please wear closed toe shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. Trash bags, gloves, and safety vests will be provided. Water, bananas and donuts will be available, though we encourage you to bring a reusable and refillable water bottle. Participants must be 18 and older to volunteer for this project.
Parking is available at Nicolette and 7th Garage, Target Field or Target Center Garage. In the case of inclement weather, the project leader will bring ponchos; some areas have cover from rain.
