Learn more: Operation Gratitude provides opportunities for the American people to express their gratitude and show our military and first responders that what they do matters. Writing a letter is a simple and meaningful way for volunteers nationwide to say “Thank You” to all who serve. Your kind words could bring lasting joy to a care package recipient. There are also coloring pages on the website for kids and adults to color and send to military personnel.
Operation Gratitude has an extensive resource page with a letter writing guide, FAQ’s and mailing instructions. Once you’ve completed your project, share your story to report your volunteer hours and how it went.
