What went down: The Manchester Animal Shelter is a non-profit animal shelter rescuing stray and abandoned animals in the Manchester area. In operation for over two decades, the shelter has helped care for and found loving homes for more than 25,000 animals.
The shelter is always in need of volunteers to help with general cleaning and housekeeping of the building and property. Volunteers gathered to help install a clothesline and assist with spring cleaning and landscaping of the shelter grounds.
