Event details: Tuesday, April 1, 2025 | 9 am-12 pm | YMCA of Downtown Manchester (30 Mechanic St, Manchester NH, 03101)
Learn more: Volunteers are needed to clean out and reorganize multiple closets at the YMCA of Downtown Manchester to create a more efficient and accessible storage spaces that supports the YMCA’s programs and operations. By creating a more functional storage environment, this project will help the YMCA focus more on it's mission to serve the community and run its programs smoothly. Volunteers will work together to declutter the spaces, sort items, and reorganize them for optimal use.
Volunteers must be 18 and older to participate. Parking is available at the Brady Sullivan parking garage on Plaza Drive. Limited street parking is also available in front of the YMCA building. There might be some light lifting and carrying things a short distance to a dumpster. Please wear closed-toe shoes and clothing suited to the projects described. Restrooms are available on site. Water and snacks will be provided.
