Alumni, Family and Friends
Event details: Monday, April 8, 2024 | 1:30-3:30 pm | SNHU Arboretum (2500 North River Road, Manchester, NH 03106)
Learn more: The SNHU Arboretum was established and accredited by ArbNet in 2016. A variety of student-led research monitoring projects take place in the space's 25-acre forested wetland. Volunteers will do some spring cleanup. Tasks may include removing downed limbs, pulling invasive plants, and miscellaneous trail maintenance and projects. Project is hosted in partnership with SNHU Sustainability and The Chandler Center. We welcome volunteers ages 16 and older. This is a great chance to give back to the SNHU community and positively impact the environment. We hope to see you there!
Please wear appropriate clothing such as closed-toe shoes, comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting dirty, and to bring a reusable beverage container with your beverage of choice. Parking is available next to the Arboretum. Gloves and tools will be provided. If there's rain in the forecast, this project will be canceled.
