Ways to Engage

Our employer engagement team is available to help with all aspects of the recruiting process. From posting jobs and internships to finding creative ways to connect you with our students, we'll work with your organization to build a successful recruitment strategy. Opportunities to connect include:

• Job/Internship Postings: Post full-time, degree-required roles or internship positions for our students and alumni in our recruiting platform, Handshake.
• On-Campus Recruiting: Make your hiring process more efficient and productive by participating in campus recruiting. We host a variety of in-person career fairs and industry nights to support your hiring needs.
• On-Campus Interviews: One of the best ways to connect with top talent is to conduct on-campus interviews. This service is provided at no extra charge and is a great way to build your brand while meeting candidates face-to-face in a comfortable and professional setting.
• Other Career Events: Network with students and alumni, share your expertise and help students practice their skills at a variety of specialized career events, like mock interviews, webinars, industry panels and classroom visits. We'll work with you to identify the best ways to connect with students, share information about your organization and provide insight into potential career paths.
