What do you like most about SNHU?

The campus provides a welcoming and inclusive environment where students can connect with their peers and faculty. How do the scholarships and financial aid you receive make it possible for you to attend SNHU? Specifically, how have scholarships made a difference?

By reducing the financial burden of tuition fees, scholarships make my education more affordable and accessible. They also help minimize reliance on loans and alleviate long-term debt. Additionally, scholarships provide recognition and prestige, enhancing a student's resume and demonstrating their achievements.

What would you say to those who donate to support student scholarships?

I would express heartfelt gratitude and admiration for their invaluable contribution. Your selfless act of giving not only demonstrates your belief in the power of education, but also directly impacts the lives of aspiring students. Your generosity is an investment in the future, as these students will go on to make a positive impact in their communities and beyond. Why did you choose Southern New Hampshire University?

SNHU's dedicated faculty members are committed to student success, offering mentorship, guidance and valuable learning experiences. On campus students benefit from a wide range of programs, extracurricular activities and resources that enhance their educational journey and help them explore their interests. SNHU's strong focus on career services equips on-campus students with valuable resources, internship opportunities and connections to industry professionals, boosting their career prospects. By choosing SNHU I was able to immerse myself in a dynamic and enriching college experience that prepared me for future success.

Who at SNHU (professor, coach, advisor, etc.) has been the biggest influence on your college experience? What lessons did that person teach you?

All my professors at SNHU truly inspired me. My favorite professors that made the biggest impact on me were Lundy Lewis, Katty Kramar, John Sherlock and Kishore Pochampally. They always stood by my side and provided all the help I needed to be successful in my courses.

In what ways have you been involved at SNHU (campus organizations, job, sports, etc.)?

I love all the different clubs SNHU has to offer. As an international student I always make sure to get involved in events where I can learn more about other cultures. I also work in the SNHU Dining Center, where I get to learn a lot from my chefs everyday. They taught me to keep an open mind, especially when it comes to new challenges.

What do you find most challenging? How do you deal with this?

As a international student, I find leaving my family is the most challenging part. But thanks to SNHU Wellness I'm able to find ways to deal with this challenge.

What are you proudest of?

I was selected for a commercial shoot at SNHU to be a background person. I was also chosen to be the face of the 'International Student Requirements' web page. I'm so proud to be a part of the SNHU community.

In what ways do you want/hope to stay involved as an SNHU graduate?

I hope to join the SNHU Alumni Association, which offers a platform for networking, mentorship and professional development opportunities. I also want to participate in alumni events, reunions and/or volunteer programs that allow me to give back to the SNHU community. I hope to one day share my experiences and success stories as an SNHU graduate to help inspire current and prospective students.
