While I have a lot of favorite things about SNHU, the library will always hold a special place in my heart as being one of my favorite places.
Scholarships have eased the financial burden on my family and made the cost of tuition a more realistic mountain to climb.
Thank you so much for your generosity! It means so much to students — how you help our goals and dreams become attainable.
I chose SNHU because of its campus size and education program.
I wanted to receive an education that would prepare me to educate the next generation of students. My college experience completely flipped with the COVID-19 pandemic.
I want to teach first grade. I've always wanted to be a teacher because I love children and want to help ensure that they're provided a quality school experience.
Liz Feingold, my advisor. She is a terrific professor and has shown such resilience in her personal life that she continues to inspire me. She never fails to bring 100% to each and every class.
I'm a sister of the Phi Psi sorority. Additionally, I'm involved with the SNHU STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) Team, SNHU OMEP (World Organization for Early Childhood Education & Care), and SNHU Buddies. I'm also a peer educator at Wolak Learning Center (WLC).
One of my biggest challenges is becoming easily overwhelmed. I deal with this by keeping a realistic amount of things on my plate and making lists/organizers to accomplish tasks.
I'm proudest of my position as a math peer educator. I struggled with math in high school and very proud of where I am now, after feeling unconfident in math for so long.
I definitely want to stay involved by attending various SNHU events and remaining involved with my sorority.
