I like the flexibility of online courses.
Receiving a scholarship helps remove some of the financial burden placed on me as a single mother continuing my education.
Thank you for supporting those of us who do not have familial support. These scholarships help us feel seen and keep us motivated on our educational journey.
SNHU was a recommendation from my sister, Emily Siroonian, and they are affiliated with my employer.
My hope was to obtain a career to better myself and the lives of my children. Throughout this process, I not only gained knowledge pertaining to nursing, but knowledge about myself and developing the self confidence to achieve my goals.
My daughter, Jaylin, who has Down syndrome, as well as my other daughters who never cease to inspire me. I wish to work with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to help minimize health inequities in this population.
Dr. Maude McGill had the biggest influence on my SNHU experience. She is a big supporter of my growth as a graduate student and my development as a leader.
I'm most proud of my ability to get A's amid my chaotic life.
As a graduate I hope to help others identify and follow their own dreams.
