What do you like most about SNHU?

My academic advisor is awesome! I also like the online learning setting.

How do the scholarships and financial aid you receive make it possible for you to attend SNHU? Specifically, how have scholarships made a difference?

Scholarships make it possible to continue my education without the financial burden. 

What would you say to those who donate to support student scholarships?

Thank you so much for thinking of people like us — students wanting a better future. 

Why did you choose Southern New Hampshire University?

My admission counselor was very helpful. She answered all my questions and I felt confident to sign up.  

What was your hope in receiving a college education? How has your experience been different than what you've imagined?

I was nervous and scared, as it has been a long time since I finished high school. I kept asking myself, would I be able to do this? After the first couple of courses, I realized I was good at this!

What inspired you to choose your area of study? What is your dream job?

I worked as bookkeeper in the past, but would like to improve my skills and get a degree to improve my chances for a better job. My dream job is to work for a stable well know company in the accounting department.

Who at SNHU (professor, coach, advisor, etc.) has been the biggest influence on your college experience? What lessons did that person teach you?

Liz Feingold, my advisor. She is a terrific professor and has shown such resilience in her personal life that she continues to inspire me. She never fails to bring 100% to each and every class. 

What are you proudest of?

I'm proud of my good grades.
