What do you like most about SNHU?

The flexibility to fit my schedule.

How do the scholarships and financial aid you receive make it possible for you to attend SNHU? Specifically, how have scholarships made a difference?

Scholarships and financial aid allowed me to stay in school and complete another eight-week course.

What would you say to those who donate to support student scholarships?

Your donations are changing the futures of dreamers.

Why did you choose Southern New Hampshire University?

SNHU gave me the flexibility to be a student in my late 20s.

What was your hope in receiving a college education? How has your experience been different than what you've imagined?

I hoped to receive my bachelor's degree, so that I can use my education to help my community. 

What inspired you to choose your area of study? What is your dream job?

I chose business administration because I wanted to learn the ins and outs of a business. My dream job is to work for a non-profit and help make a difference in the community.

Who at SNHU (professor, coach, advisor, etc.) has been the biggest influence on your college experience? What lessons did that person teach you?

My advisors Darby and Will. They've always listened to me and helped me create the best plan for my education no matter what was going on in my life. The Office of Admission also made a huge mark on me. When I was enrolling my grandfather was in hospice — it was his dream that I receive a bachelor's degree. He passed away a few days after my first class started and the Office of Admission sent a care package to me with a heartfelt letter.

In what ways have you been involved at SNHU (campus organizations, job, sports, etc.)?

So far I have been involved on the Handshake platform.

What do you find most challenging? How do you deal with this?

I've yet to find anything too challenging. This program is amazing!

What are you proudest of?

I'm proudest of my grades!

In what ways do you want/hope to stay involved as an SNHU graduate?

I want to donate to support student scholarships in the future.
