Support, virtual seminars being recorded to watch later supports the flexibility. I appreciate that due dates are not scattered and are the same for every class taken.
Receiving scholarships lessens the financial burden and provides me with motivation to continue pursuing my education.
I thank you for your generosity. Many do not have support in their educational dreams and as I have continued, more and more say "just do a trade". I do not think everyone is made for a trade, or health care. I think everyone in time finds their niche and you are supporting us in the process of developing self-worth and self-discovery.
I am a new mother of three and wish to support my education in order to support theirs!
My hope is to improve my self-worth as well as help those who suffer with traumas, conflicts, and mental health conditions.
My dream job is to be a high school guidance counselor. I love to help students remain focused and reassure them that they're capable of anything they put their mind to.
I particularly enjoyed Ethical Problem-Solving taught by Dr. Daylen Elosegui. Decision making is truly a test to how critically you are willing to think. I was able to use my "over thinking" skills to provide purpose to an unethical problem. It truly was a joy to participate.
As a student, the most difficult part of this journey is learning how to concentrate without a classroom. I have discovered two places in my home where I am most focused. However, having a two-year-old has allowed to give myself breaks and teach her new things right alongside my computer.
I most proud not giving up and in turn setting a good example for my children.
I hope to remain an example for many who take alternative routes in their education. Whatever path or route taken, you can get to the same place if you remain consistent.
