I chose SNHU because it was affordable, close to home, and just felt like the right fit for me. Being close to my family was important to me, but I also wanted a school where I could grow on my own and work toward my goals. Since coming here, I have learned a lot, met great people, and become more confident in myself. It has definitely been a place where I have been able to challenge myself while still feeling supported.
The scholarships and financial aid that I have received have made a huge difference for me. I have always wanted to live on campus so I could be more involved and really experience college, but I didn't think it would be possible for me. I am on the dance team, and driving back and forth nearly every day has made it hard to stay on campus for practices, events, and other activities. Due to the support I have received, I will finally get the chance to live on campus, be more involved in the SNHU community, and spend less time commuting. I'm really grateful to everyone who has chosen to invest in students like me. It means more to me than you know.
I just want to say thank you for believing in students like me. Your support has given me opportunities I was not sure I would have, especially the chance to live on campus and be more involved at SNHU. As someone on the dance team, that means I can spend less time commuting and more time being part of the campus community. Knowing that someone believes in me and chose to invest in my future pushes me to keep working even harder. I really appreciate your generosity, and I will continue making the most of this opportunity.
I have always known I wanted to go to college and earn a degree, but finding a school that felt like the right fit was important to me. I decided to study business administration with a concentration in marketing because I enjoy the mix of creativity, communication, and problem solving that comes with it. One of the things I have appreciated most about SNHU is the strong community of faculty and students. My professors have been more than supportive and genuinely want to see students succeed. Being surrounded by classmates who are just as motivated has pushed me to work even harder. Along the way, I have balanced classes, work, sports, and clubs, and I am most proud of how much I have grown in my confidence and the person I am becoming.
Receiving scholarship support has made a big difference in my experience at SNHU. It has given me the opportunity to live on campus, which has helped me become more involved in the community and spend more time participating in sports and clubs instead of commuting. It has also given me the confidence to focus on making the most of my college experience and working toward my goals. Knowing that someone believed in me enough to invest in my future motivates me to keep working hard and reminds me not to take these opportunities for granted.
One of the most meaningful parts of my experience at SNHU has been seeing how supportive the community is. From the faculty to the students, everyone genuinely wants to see each other succeed. That support has made it easier to ask questions, get involved, and push myself outside of my comfort zone. It has reminded me that having people who believe in you can make a bigger difference than you realize.
