The great academic environment and friendly teaching styles.
I used to worry too much about my financial situation. Scholarship assistance allows me to really focus on my degree.
I am forever grateful to be awarded the Charles and Barbara Bickford International Scholarship. I hope to be able to make impactful contributions within the environmental science field, particularly in biochemistry and possibly, save lives in the future.
I was trying to find a university in the U.S. and SNHU has a good reputation and nice environment.
I hope to continue my studies in science and my experience at SNHU made this goal more complete. I imagined there to be more people in the classes, but most courses are kept to a smaller group for a better education experience. I feel this is great for learning.
My grandmother is a researcher of agriculture, she taught me English when I was little. She gave me the inspiration of studying in another country and learn more knowledge. My dream job is being a researcher in a lab.
All of my professors have been a large part of my success at SNHU. Dr. York, Dr. Duryea, Dr. Goldsmith, Dr. Collins, Dr. Hamed, and Dr. Harrington were all a huge help.
I joined the Environment Science club and helped organize building the Biology club.
I feel learning new academic courses from an area I'm not very familiar is challenging for me. I deal with this by learning more about it and reading more journals.
I came to America alone to study science.
I hope I can continue my research with my professors as an alumna.
