My commitment to continuous improvement led me to pursue a master's degree at SNHU in organizational leadership along with a certification in human resource management. Being an active member of Delta Mu Delta and The National Society for Leadership and Success, I've always valued ongoing education and personal growth. But my journey with SNHU didn't end at graduation—it extended into the realm of volunteering, allowing me to give back to the community.Volunteering at SNHU has been a multifaceted and enriching experience. From participating in Mock Interviews and résumé review sessions to becoming a member of the university's Social Service Advisory Board, I've found diverse ways to contribute my expertise. I’ve also been involved in programs with online learners through Think Tank and Solutions Labs, spoke to various groups in the human resource and psychology fields, and collaborated with Career Services to support students and alumni seeking internships and careers. My inspiration to volunteer stems from the profound belief in the power of making a difference, no matter how small. While I was attending SNHU I was lucky to have different business leaders who supported my growth and development, and now I like to do the same. If my expertise can assist another in their career path, I'm wholeheartedly invested.I’m committed to continuing my volunteer work with SNHU; the collaborative environment and the profound sense of purpose make it an easy decision. Every volunteer activity that I’ve participated in has had such a positive influence on me.Volunteering isn't just about offering time, it's about fostering a community where support, guidance, and expertise create a ripple effect of empowerment and success. I invite you to explore ways to get involved and give back in a way that inspires you!Thank you!Stacey Plamondon ’15GSNHU Volunteer
