Penmen Volleyball
Who are we?
We are Southern New Hampshire University Women's Volleyball, and we love our sport. Last season, we put up the best record this program has seen since 2003, despite being comprised of one lone senior, four juniors, one sophomore and five freshman. Being a relatively young team did not stop us - it fueled us! We made our second NE-10 Championship appearance in school history and ranked 9th in the region. On November 8, SNHU volleyball delivered University of New Haven their worst loss in school history, 3-0. This year, we have the energy, the fire, and the student leadership to take this program to the next level!
What are we doing?
Ahead of our upcoming season, we are planning a trip to the Rollins College Invitational in Florida, a high-level tournament where we will face some seriously tough competition. We know that playing the best will help us BE the best. This trip will certainly help us improve as individuals and bond as a team... but the costs of transportation, accommodation, and tourney fees can be more than $750 per person, and each team member bears most of that cost on her own.
Why should you help?
By contributing to our project, you're making a direct impact on the success of student-athletes at SNHU. We're out to make you proud and represent SNHU on the regional and national stage. This tournament will get us ready for our best season yet! Any help will be greatly appreciated. Go Penmen!
We did it!

Update and Player Honored
Update (#1) – April 24, 2015
Wow, the generous support of our family, friends and fans has been tremendous thus far! Thank you for rallying to help us achieve 67% of our goal as we approach the half way milestone of our campaign. Your donations are going to directly impact our travel and competition needs for the program, and we are incredibly grateful.
As graduation fast approaches, we wanted to take a minute to share with you the honor that was given to Kendra Mikuta, senior from Orland Park, Illinois. Kendra was honored with the Unsung Hero award at our student-athlete banquet, for her athletic talents and dedication to the team, espeically through all of our success from last year. We wanted to take a minute to congratulate Kendra on this honor and thank her for all of the significant contributions to our team throughout her time as a Penman!
